We need to see the boost graph.

That's the sort of result I'd expect if you were running say 0 to 2 lbs extra boost, and just Edit.

Brian

You what?

You expect a standard car to gain 50rwkw with an edit that has no more boost added?

I would say every edit that adds power is adding boost surely?

You have to remember that a na XR6 will gain power with just edit and no boost :spoton:

Depending on the car but 2lbs extra with fine tuning could do wonders.... I'm no tuner but im sure they could explain it

Wow, thanks for the feedback and advise!

I just want to make it clear, I am not having a go at anyone or anything!

I only asked the question because I was told that something is holding it back, which 1 possible cause was fuel. After talking to some other people in the know it was mentioned the the cat could also be a possible cause.

At present if it is the cat, I don't have the $300 plus to replace it. Keep in mind that we don't even know for sure if it is the cat or fuel or something else!

As stated, next time Nick is in Newcastle I will try Vortex98 and see if that improves! For the first time, on my way home from work traction control activated in 2nd gear. Tried it again with TC switched off, man it was impressive. How these guys with 270 plus rwkw keep these things in a straight line is beyond me!
