How does this varies to RDP, Sounds exactly the same but it mentions that its wired in???? Very cheap though. Is this older tecnology?

I think Steve's Special Forum Offer is cheaper, the way I read it, it's $1080 JUST for the box, plus another $800 to install and tune it for you 6 cylinder blokes.

that's $1880 vs steve's 1600 odd.

unijip bends the signal going to the ecu to drive the injectors and timming.

from my understanding.

corect the speedo for larger wheels

diferent gear ratio

turn on time for thermos

cold start base fuel table

maf splope

adaptive learnig

remove tourque tags

and so on and so on

just a minute example

FIST quoted me supplied and custom tuned. $1695

$700 for tuning time. that's a fair few hours on the dyno...

When in reality from the base maps its only going to spend an hour on there with a stock xr6t.

you are driving the Injectors directly = NO tourqe tags

Live tuning with the TSI , edit NO

Adaptive learning why ? when most of the people here drive like the clappers

I was mearly stating that the RPD is a rebadged TSI

Spoke to Al from FIST and they have sold there shop so I wouldnt bother going there as they have no tuner.$1695 is a bit steep anyway.I would look at Power Torque for the EDIT

when I called they were pushing there piggy back system (hidden)

They bagged the capa style flasher,saying the piggy back was easier to tune.

pitty the piggy back tune doesnt offer 3 maps and the ability to easily flash it back to stock
