I have nfi yet... will do some research though

One possible combo!

2 of these

1 of these

The amp can feed 255wrms @ 2ohm into each sub. This should keep the subs pretty happy! Also it looks like the subs are good for a sub 30l sealed box! :spoton:

The 2x150 amp is great for subs, I have installed two of them (the older model) and both are still going hard after 12 months. If I ever decide to go down the doof doof path again, I'll be using a 2x150 for my subs.

DOOF DOOF :crybaby:

I have made the box knowing what car it is going in... That was the whole purpose.

the boxs need to be matched to th subs that you what to use.

as every sub needs a different box volume to work at its best.

each to there own.

So who can lend a couple of 12s and an amp to test it out? :spoton:

yeah but you better not *beep* em.

that could happen if the voice coils are allowed to over extend.

the better sub's the coils travel + or - 40mm like Cerwin Vager

Its a sealed box so they wont over-extend

I know what your saying mate, but I didnt really have a choice in it as it had to fit in the space provided. I will find a sub that closely matches the specs required by my box.

Does that mean they are likely to blow up?

I finished it off today adding the final pieces of carpet and some terminal panels... it fits in the space I want it but damn it's a tight fit... won't even need straps. Now I just need some subs and an AMP
