02/06/06 08:28 AM02/06/06 08:28 AM #22 I have flown jetstar 6 times and have always been on time (flights and me). as for the flight closed, it does state CLEARLY that you should be there 60 minutes prior and any later than 30 minutes prior and you will lose your flight and no refund so perhaps read the fine print in future? they are a great BUDGET airline with great prices. as the old saying goes you get what you pay for so if you want to pay double or triple and arrive with 10 minutes to spare go for virgin or qantas. I have always flown from avalon to adelaide brisbane and sydney so maybe being a small airport we get better treatment? just my 2 cents worth.

03/06/06 01:35 PM03/06/06 01:35 PM #26 just get a 6am flight and hope the heater works lolI've flown jetstar once didn't find it that bad... but virgin was better, although I am going jetstar again $234 return to auckland, can't do much better than that
03/06/06 02:28 PM03/06/06 02:28 PM #27 Yeah I heard JetStar had relaxed their late check-in ball-breaking a bit, it used to be worse. But I must agree that their attendants are subpar, nothing worse than being stuck on a flight with no scenery besides a couple of howlers and a gayboy bringing up the rear. Virgin girls are so much better. How's that for a single entendre?
03/06/06 05:24 PM03/06/06 05:24 PM #28 flight 6 amget to airport 5.25 wait in cue as no priority cuesget to check in 5.32 to get told sorry sir your flight is closed wtfyou must go to service deskwait in cuesorry sir its now been closed 8 min there is nothing I can do but upgrade your ticket and transfer it to next flightwham bam thank you mambetter to have paid full virgin fare and and gotten their 5 mins b4 flight!!!!!raphoon your right they are scum!!!!!←Yep, same thing happened to me last year except I was standing at the counter waiting to check in 30 mins before the flight left. So I'm standing there while she radios the final passenger numbers to the aircraft, then turns to me and says the flight is closed.Never again, even Air NZ treat me better than that!
