April 10, 200620 yr #61 Also remember guys most car manufacturers will quote bare engine figures. Ie 240 fly wheel kws with no pumps, alternator etc. that's why "most" cars never make the stated power output when converted to fly wheel Kw's.←Not anymore they don't. Ford test all engines with full ancillaries, exhaust, airbox, everything. I don't think any manufacturers test without ancillaries anymore.

April 10, 200620 yr #64 My car only made 164.9rwkw when I had it on dyno to get custom tune. There was a problem with the electronic boost controller and it peaked at 4psi at 80kmh and by 130 it was down to around 2.5psi.I wonder if the other low figures have a similar problem..←My XRT had exact same figures as urs, b4 my custom tune was done. After the tune I had gained 247rwkw from 160rwkw, and DID I FEEL the DIFFERENCE Edit is definately the best mod I have ever had done to any of my cars.
April 11, 200620 yr #65 My totally stock '03 Auto made 184.1 RWKW @ the NizPro Dyno day. I have only recently fitted filter and CAI. Might get it redone to see if there is any improvement.I am at NizPro tomorrow, I might get it EDITed as well and see the results!
