Posted 24/03/06 11:12 PM Posted 24/03/06 11:12 PM Replaced the SP9000's with the Goodyear GS-D3 F1's recenty. Sensational in the wet, ok on dry road but absolutely crap on the track. Sidewalls are far too soft for track work which is a big part of the reason they are great in the wet.All up I would not recommend the GS-D3 Goodyear's unless you drive Miss Daisy regularly on wet roads!

I cant wait to burn them up and put something more decent on.......

Andrew50 Member 75 Member For: 21y 8m 17d Posted 18/05/06 01:25 PM Posted 18/05/06 01:25 PM Had a friend 2 weeks ago almost become a dead friend when one of her rear Falkens (17's) blew the whole side wall out, I mean complete circumference! Tyre might have been low on air (one of the front tyres was low when checked later) but investigation by tyre supplier failed to find definitive cause. I know I will NEVER buy Falkens for my car, too much at stake and unanswered questions about cause.Andrew50
