hey... what a surprise... well I have quoted on this site that I have seen how he drives his car (meaning hard).. I now publically state that I have never seen turtle33 drive his car hard... he is one of the more respectable drivers on this forum

If people mod there cars and something breaks as a result of the mods then they should pay. But to be told that your warranty is gone just becaue you drive your "performance car" to it's potential is bull in my opinion!

I keep telling them that prove to me that either my mods or the way I drive has caused the problem but they are not forthcoming with anything. O yeah I apparently have an aftermarket twin exhaust, I think they think that the xrt's have a single exhaust. :banghead:

if warranty was an optional extra I would not buy it.

it is illegal to record a phone call.it breaches the telecomunications act.there are exceptions but you never know who will be reading this!

It is not illegal to record phone calls. Infact you will find most business record phone calls these days especially call centres.

its only legal if they tell you.

it is illegal to record a phone call using a recording device that is part of the phone.

however if you place a recording device near the phone,like in your ear(technolgy is out there)it is legal.

some one I know works in a government dept.(not ford)
