Redhawk ....Time to lay this fairytale aside...... Legacy Donating Member 2,657 Member For: 23y 6m 7d Gender: Male Location: In the Ferry on the River Styx, not getting out just yet! Posted 30/04/03 01:51 PM Posted 30/04/03 01:51 PM A lot of the the options are put on at the dealers, the fiddly stuff, like scuff inserts, steering wheels, gear knobs etc; so don't panic too much. I did with the premium sound as the photo in their brocures was of the Fairmont version, which is different to the XR version, once that was explained I breathed a lot easier.

They told me that it was in transit, and on a truck. I know for a fact that it left on Sunday, however because of security reasons Toll couldn't tell me the expected day of delivery. I would expect it to be at the dealers by tomorrow. But hey, I give up I don't know whats going on anymore.Turbo Dave I bought mine from Southside Ford at W'gabba. Did you buy from there too?Tiger691 I would have thought that if it is in a holding yard then it came up by ship. I suppose if it came up by truck then it would get delivered straight to the dealer. If it came up by ship it will be at Hamilton Wharfs I'm sure. Well, all I can do is hope that it turns up with all the right options and hearing what other people say it should be worth the wait.

Well I've told that story before. could have got a cheaper price elsewhere, hell, maybe cheap enough to opt for the turbo instead of the NA but in reality, I wouldn't deal with anyone else in Brisbane after the service I received at BBF.
Guest FlashingRED Guests Posted 07/05/03 06:32 AM Posted 07/05/03 06:32 AM It's only a matter of days now....... Ordered ours at BBF, Mt.gravatt.Salesman, Simon Miller, was fantastic. No BS, just straight facts, and that's the way we expect sales staff to be.Would have no hesitation in using him again.
