did they give you an exact date

my dealings so far even with the service section have not been good

booked it in for the 3000k check

when I arrived there was no record of it

and as for the bits missing off the ute the sales man was to order was never done

maybe I should take it elsware for the 15000k service

Sorry to hear that you had those probs. Was this with BBF ? Yep, we had a confirmed del. date and it arrived on time.

I guess some sales people suffer from human-error, and I agree it's not good for cust. relations , to forget such important issues, but I imagine if they value your custom, then the effort should be top notch to ensure that these situations dont arise, yet when they do, to rectify it in the fairest way to the customer.

I finnaly got the bits that were missing from my ute

they were only cosmetic items

I like the look of bbf workshop it really is modern

I suppose I,ll stay with them and see how the 15000k service turns out

I also want to get our family el wagon down to them for a service

I spoke to chris in service and he assures me that it would be checked and serviced to the highest standard.

I see a few people have had problems with their cars

but mine has been perfect so far 6500km(7weeks)

maybe all the crap I was fed was worth the wait
