Unfortunately I cant help out as only got back from a 3 weeks trip os yesterday... the house is a mess and have a family to please... the 9 month old is going nuts with the time difference .

I wished I could help, but I am a few too many miles away.

If you need cheap labour, then I suggest you contact the local backpacker hostels around the area. Anytime I need cheap labour, I have a large number of fit poms/euro's ready for a hard days work for about $15-20 per hour.

Its just a suggestion that may help you hout.

I would also be fighting the landlord as they cannot just kick you out of a premisses. Even if you do not have a lease, there is still a common law agreement that should give you a min of 4 week notice.
