Anyone know how to undo a bolt that someone has overdone the loctite on?

Tried leverage, force, a hammer, heat and still no love

I bought some handy carbon steel rounded nut removers. Used them with a kinchrome ratchet handle and a mallet to get bolts loose on rear calipers?
