One thing I discovered while towing... I can hit 25PSI in 5th easily, I really gotta watch out. I was on the Forrest Hwy and playing a bit getting it to flutter, when I glanced at the boost gauge to see it sliding slowly above 25 and setting off the warning light!!! Scary. I need to determine how accurate the gauge is...the filter is inside the cabin so maybe I could get it pressure tested real quick. That and log to laptop to make more pretty graphs like I did a while ago!

So glad I bought a boost gauge! Don't want to bend rods needlessly...

25psi? that's some pretty major overboosting if that gauge is accurate man. I wouldn't let it go much further than what your car is tuned to (15psi..etc)!

Yeah I'm not sure if the gauge is just inaccurate at higher PSI or not. I flipped when I saw it go that high...I'll call him on lunch break from uni today, looked a little less busy at the shop, only had about 5 cars sitting around outside (LOL).

In his thread on the new Nizpro overboost relief valve he mentioned even that won't save a manual car loaded up in 6th going up a hill, it seemed to be a similar thing since I was towing at the time

I have been considering selling the XFT FG XR6T auto ute for a couple of weeks. That light silvery colour called mist I think. 375 RWKW's, My Xtreme package. Drives great. 12000 kms on it.
