Exactly what parts are wrong? Slight chance I might be able to help.

Two of the silicon hoses are two small. One doesnt fit the cooler outlet and another is slightly too big. 4-6 week wait before he gets the correct ones

you sure you havn't got it the worng way around

hot side is usually 1/2 inch smaller the cold side opening on teh cooler

which would make sense if you got one side that's to small and one sid ethats to big
