Remember when Ford said 6 cylinder was the way of the future, and they dropped the V8-> FOR EVER!! Public pressure is the only thing that put a V8 back in a Falcon.. I dont know any better hey member no 5887 funny that I've owned 2 XR6T's which were both modded and ran better times than your leaf sprung rear ended taxi and im quite happy to driving a v8 that does'nt go as quick as the turbo charged cars and that's my personal decesion because that's what I like and dont give a *beep* what a keyboard/anal warrior like yourself thinks about it my choice so eat

As for making out that I kick F6's,T's and Evo9's that just me taking the piss out of my mate's who frequent the forum on a reguler basis and us having a laugh when we get together as I know that the XRT is the best bang for your buck,so if you want to single people out with your cave man mentallity hop off over to LS1 .com plenty of stooges over there on the same wave length as yourself

But most people in the large car market are one eye'd, and it ain't going to change any time soon... (Infact loads of people are one-eye'd when it comes to car brands... I know of people who drive around in euro branded cars, and even if that brand released a lemon on wheels they would still buy it)

Would it be bad if Mitsu closed down??? Yes it would be, am I going to buy a 380 to ensure that doesn't happen??? Never... (The fact they are in dires will probably scare me off buying a 380 because that 5/10 year warrenty probably wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on if mitsu goes under)

IMHO they have release some real ugly cars (eg the "new colt") and have scared people away... (Ford nearly did the same with the AU's) They probably came up with the idea of the 380 whilst they where still in a somewhat good position... When problems started rather than putting the idea on hold until they where in a better position and then properly develop the idea.

Basically get people onside first and foremost rather than slapping something together... Just look at the preformance of the VRX compared to the base model... And before anyone says anything about XT's vs XR6 NA, the XR6 NA has the XR6T and XR8's to build a reputation for the XR's...

As for the "motoring awards", they are meaningless, they will almost slap their name against anything, and especially as there is nothing actually "wrong" with the 380 that could tarnish the awards....
