Any ideas what these are. I was late picking the car up and did not get any details. Will call them tomorrow & post answers unless someone knows about them.

I was under the impression that when the dealer fixes the overboost problem he flashes the ECU. WHich means he has overwritten the edit you had.Sure enough you can flash your edit back in but the overboost problem will also be flashed back exactly as it was before.

Its designed to Overboost You should ALWAYS flash back your Edit'd car to Factory before ANY Ford Factory Service, just cause u can Then boost her up when you get it back.
ZAP No boost, no bottle, just my foot on the throttle! Apparently you need to send the unit back to CAPA to be wiped. If you put your old factory tune back intot he car you will be flashing the pre overboost map and the next time Ford flash the ECU, they will see it is running an older version and know it has been edited

If they see an old version in your car that they know they have already flashed, you will have some explaining to do. I'll bet that's why they flash yer car to fix so called problems....just to keep an eye on you.Oh well, my warranty is almost up anyways....Cheers
