Flash Tuner Upgrades

I had to drop down to HPF today. I got 2 new RH inner CV's for Adam and my cars through a friend and dropped them down for Rob to fit. When I got there Tony and Martin (Street Tuner) were there from CAPA. They were running the HPF team through the latest softwear upgrades to the CAPA flasth tuner. I had alot of changes explained to me in great detail and was very immpressed.

Whilst I was there I was taken for a run in a "T" that had some new auto changes flashed in. In drive it changed like a stock car when it was in perfrormance mode or manual it changed like a race car. It was awesome.

I was also shown the live data logging that they can now do. This will be great in trying to get the most out of the cars. They have also found a solution to the launching of utes over 2800rpm. There is now a table that can be set to the desired level up to 6000rpm. This should fix Deans problem so he can come racing again and join the 10 second club were he belongs.

There were many other changes such as throttle and the like.

Martin said he's also going to get some more power out of my car. It will be interesting to see the results.

So will a stock edit box (before custom tuning) be up graded with the new mods?

I may have picked the edit up a little to soon.

Will there be a chance for us loyal customers to have our stock programs up graded?

 hate it when your seen coming, thought there may have been somthing fishy going on with the price drop in edit tuners..........so when they said "old stock" they may have ment "soon to be superseeded old stock".

Hope theres somthing they can do about this.

Your right Craig all sound good!

Simon from Nizpro is also very excited about the new developments, and he spoke quite highly of the SCT guys.

While you were at HPF did you happen to ask Rob something for me?

Best part Geea is we picked you up 40rwkw with some changes.....enjoy!

Guys, the hardware (Flash Tuner) is all the same, so a couple of touch ups and you get to enjoy all the new features!

Will these new features on the Auto still work on a modded box.

Your car is in the morning Adam...and since its the quickest and fastest of its type in existence the US team are pretty fond of it. Look for some very special attention to be coming the way of your BA :)
