Inconsistent

Only have 200kms on clock, but I think that the power seems to be inconsistent. say cruizing at 3000 rpm in 2nd and floor it, she will pull hard. couple minutes later say do the same again and the power dose not seem to be there. Is it just me or has any one else experienced it. I think it may have some thing to do with fly by wire. Would a flash tuner fix it?

Only a couple of hundred K's? Dont use huge long throttle belts just yet. Run in hard by all means but dont go overboard. It will get a lot better as things loosen up and your first sevice will be a good opportunity to get any little items checked up.

The car doesn't respond too well to temperature. After a bit of a blat the engine does warm up a fair bit and will rob you of power a bit while it's warm. This is overcome by plenty of moving air but if your sitting at the lights it heats up real quick.

They are more consistant in NZ as it is freezing all year around!

Check your hoses.

Mine had come off 3 times in as many days when I first bought mine.

They put 2 ring clamps on the hose to hold it.

Nothing wrong with making engine work, (not talking bounching off rev limiter), you just don't let engine stay at same rpm for long period of time to run engine in.

Mines done 3500kms and I find it to be inconsisten at times too but I think its just a heat thing

wait till the engine breaks in first mate, of course theres gunna be odd moments but that's just the bedding in process!

Mine has just over 1000km now and I notice this as well - There's a hesitation at about 3500-4000RPM (feels a bit like a slipping clutch, but I know the clutch isn't slipping if that makes any sense?) and it feels really flat above about 4500RPM as well.

I have a mate who works at a dealership and he told me at the first service (3000km) they reflash it and this should hopefully fix the problem. So going by that, maybe there's some dud software out there?Thoughts?
