Initial Clicking When I Start The Car

No it's not normal. Does the solenoid do it with the factory calibration? It shouldn't do. It's more like a programming glitch. Boost should be controlled with the correct tables; altering the wrong tables causes strange issues - such as solenoid click.

The clicking is caused when the tuner selects Wastegate Dyno Duty Cycle as a boost control medium. There is nothing inherently wrong with this approach, but since its an internal Ford calibration mode it does result in the wastegate control solenoid pulsing at this duty cycle any time the ignition key is switched on. Either using desired boost tables or dyno dutycycle can give a workable result, and both are perfectly acceptable ways of controlling the boost pressure.

My CAPA Edit is only 3 weeks old and was custom tuned by a reputable tuner...

I only does it on 10psi and up too, the 8psi map does not tick.
