Silver 'rice' mesh would look good :tease:

:gooff:

Sorry guys, don't like it one bit. :gooff:

If I was to go for one (depends on how good the 6 speed auto is, I'll be test driving one as soon as there is a XR6T available), oh well, I'd be sticking the BA XR/F6 replica bumper on it. Anyone seen if there are any differences in the :gooff: end of the BF?

I likely!!!! gimme, gimme, gimme!!!!!

but what's with the XR8?? no power increase!!! WTF!!!

Dave.

I agree with ya Dave... its a bit weak :nutkick:

Rob...

I would have thought they would have left the turbo alone and worked on the 8, I mean it's slower even now, it's just going to make difference between the T and 8 even worse!

I can't wait to drive this new auto though!

Dave.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

there has been no mention of a Power increase in any of the releases, maybe they will announce it soon as if the mention an Increase of XR8 power, gives away that the GT would aswell...

I'll wait and see, if everything else in the range gets more KW im almost sure the XR8 and GT would aswell :nutkick:

XR8 Looks hot aswell :msm:

Looks pretty good to me, independant VCT and 6spd auto. The new T will be one nice car, it will have much better low down response. The use of the 6spd ZF box is miles ahead of any crap Expensive Daewoo currently use, good onya Ford.

l am really keen to see what FPV come up with. l reckon the Boss will get independant VCT too leading to a big torque hike and negligible power increase. this fits with the rumours going around. The XR8 may then have its power hike revealed, one can only hope :msm:

Wonder what date has been set for FPV to come clean, l am keen to see what they have come up with :nutkick:

I think you would find that the Turbo is more profitable and sells better then the XR8 and as Expensive Daewoo have nothing that competes and it is bringing buyers from the likes of nissan, subaru ect then it makes more sence not to get into a power war with the LS2 and yet still give something that will clean one up when the need arises 30nm is a good hike that should see a high 13s stock quarter.

You'd think that wouldn't you....

Lets just hope that there hasn't been any weight increases, and maybe even infact a few decreases. Its doubtful but heres hoping!

Looks like I'll be thrashing a new T from power ford in the near future once more.

Oh and those fuel economy figures are unreal, if that truely is a representation of reality (remembering we own a mk1 Ghia) then when we upgrade I'll be one happy chappy... That is of course if I can't convince the financial supplier of the house (my old man) to get into a T....

I cant see how installing this new tough 6 speed auto would decrease any weight! :nutkick:

The ZF Six Speed apparently has fewer parts and weighs less than the current BTR four speed!

Lumpy :fool:
