Bad management has seen the company on the brink of insolvency for a while.

The owners are currently trying to find a buyer but the serious buyers are playing the vulture waiting game to see if there is a better deal for them if they can get in for less $$ once the recievers/administrators take over.

Not a real good time for someone of my vintage.
