Guys, might be an idea to bring your own chairs, sun screen, hats, etc.  Just in case it's a long day in the sun.  Also if you're going onwards to Willowbank, extra munchies, drink...etc, they may come in handy.

Just to throw the pigeon in amongst the cats – I’ll have the drinkies iced and ready to go in polystyrene boses, so unless you have something else planed I think you can scrap the ice (Jet) and the esky (Waxy).

It does leave the issue of keeping the snags, so if you need another esky I can throw one in the back of the Ute to save Joe from carting one from all the way from the other side of Brisbane. Trev, have you got this sorted?

Everything sweet in the BBQ department.

I called into PTE yesterday and sussed out the joint.

I'll be getting there 'bout 8-ish and will set up the cooker and wack a few snags on for the brekky course.

I'll also have a big food esky with ice for the snags etc and a supply of sliced onions as a back-up.

Oh....and the gold plated tongs....

And a question. I presume we are selling the snags and drinks to raise money for the forum??

Any suggestions? say $2 for the snags and $1 for the drinks?. I'll bring a small supply of change to kick off a float as well.

Cover our costs and yes remainder of the funds can be sent to the forum. Sounds good.

I might grab a raffle book as well, depending on sales of the ticket, the wilnner can opt for a FordXR6Turbo.com merchandise item equal in value to the funds raised by the sale of the tickets. Say $2.00 per ticket?
