I was patient and waited, but nothing came.  Then I told Peter about my stalling and drivability issues.  He said it wasn't the Unichip doing it, and that the Edit wouldn't fix it.  He also said the Edit won't make my car go any faster.

He was wrong on all counts.

He was late on his delivery date.

He just dissappeared after flogging his wares here for ages.

He just lost a customer who has probably spent more money on his APS gear than anyone in Australia.

The Ford Flasher by CAPA, tuned by HPF here in Melbourne has been everything I have wanted it to be...and I'm glad I didn't wait.

Do tell :spoton: how's the drivability did you pick up some more pwr interested in your feedback as there's been a couple of 300+rwklw cars that have changed from a piggyback to the Edit and have been very happy with there results

Jeff, the car now starts first time every time - even after hard driving. This wasn't happening before. It also idles nicely now. Previously, if it wasn't stalling while stationary, it was always threatening to do so. It idled so low that at times I had no idea the engine had turned off until I floored the throttle and went nowhere fast. (Yep, a great look on the road)

Overboosting is now completely gone..especially after having HPF add their 'boost fluctuator' fix from CAPA. As for performance, I haven't taken my car down the strip yet, but I have no doubt the car is at least 4-5 car lengths quicker than in the previous state. Having the rev limit increased to 6500, with power increasing all the way to this is awesome - it goes like a cut cat. And yet in slow city driving, it bahaves like a factory stocker. That's all I wanted. It's now what I've got.
