greetings all

just had enother brain wave ( or was that a fart ) is it worth using the sedan switch assm & remove the two back switches & the rear window lock off switch then fitting the ute switch cover to it so that it looks original & would then give me the auto down feature or is this controled through the BCM

No, I beleive the electronics for the auto-down is in the switch itself.

this thread has been going for over 2 months and I was stopping myself well ....

NT is right the sedan switch Auto function is controlled via the Switch not the BEM. Since you don't have the Blue/red wire the Fairmont ones wont light up so go for the XR one.

I want the auto down with the blue LED's so I will go for the sedan switch, remove the rear windoe switches & fit surface mount LED's to the front switch's

when it's done I will post a pic

Could someone please help me?The passenger window switch was faulty on my N/A XR6 with front only power windows.I have a new switch from ford and it is an illuminated one,Once fitted to the car with lights on,no illumination of switch.Any offers of help would be greatly appreciated.
