Mate,

The Turbo has 185-205kw at the treads depending on fuel type, gear box type and Ks on the clock. Are you after the number for a auto or Manual.

Given that average drive train loss is around 20% for the auto the N/A would be (at best guess) around 135kw at the treads for an auto.

Hope this helps..

Yes, that's right on the money. You'll find 130kws to 135kws is about right. Don't wast your time reading about people pulling 155rwkw in stock form, their full of it. (re: a web site with a blueprint non-turbo XR6 BA)

Watch any re-mapping any Ford tec does, they'll call it a FPV re-map. After shelling out 350 monkeys I had mine tested for a gain of F'all (you know who you are Ford tec, do you sleep a night?).

Good luck with your non-turbo, remember a non-turbo running 100 shot eats a GT 290 Boss every time and theres always the blower dream.

I find that hard to believe.

My XR6 Turbo Dyno'd 205.4 KW at the wheels about a month ago at 2500km (around there).

Car has now done 5500 km and I dyno'd it last night and it produced 215.2kw at the wheels.

The car is STOCK STANDARD, with no modifcations what so ever.

The car ran 6 power runs and eventually on the 5th run went to 211.00kw.

Not bad.

There are some huge variances between , engines, manual and autos with the manuals generally getting better Dyno reads again depending on fuels etc.

So it is possible to get 165rwkw in an auto although this is on the low side.

Your 215 is definately at the higher end , so you got a good'un.

Was this achieved in shoot 6 mode.

Not too mention the huge differences in dyno readouts

I don't know about FPV mapping......never heard of it before!! :ermm: . But, what I do know is that N/A's can also have large variances in power output. NA Thunder and myself have had Mods done from the same workshop with some pretty healthly results (see signature.)

Near stock "T" rwkw can be done on a N/A with only bolt on Mods and the services of a experienced tuner.
