Obviously all engines are capable of being destroyed it's up to the tuner to know the limits and know not to exceed them.

OK, you punched a piston out of the block. You were'nt the brain surgeon running shots of NOS at the WSID the other week???

If this is the bloke im thinking of then yeah its true....I only meet him on sat night (mate of a mate), and all the mods he states in his profile are true........but I didnt notice a computer, im pretty sure it was the stock ECU on the car as he was telling me that he wanted to leave the computer till last.

We where driving down parramatta Rd and he gave it a couple of hits (and let me tell you this thing went hard :) ). I had noticed that the car did slightly backfire when he backed off (and it was a cold night so im not sure if he was spiking or not.......if it was standard ecu, and im assuming it was, it prolly spiked which caused it to blow)

He was infront of us so I didnt actually see this happen, but from what my mate told me (my mate that brough this guy along) he gave it a hit, car squatted down, the next thing bang, flames out the bonnet, and sh!t flying out the exhaust.

We pulled into stanmore maccas to see his car on the side of the road in a pool of blood......sorry, I mean oil, and the engine had seized. A couple of the guys rocked the car back and forth and then we heard a clunk. One of the blokes had a look under the car and came up again with a chunk about 7cm in diamater worth of block!!

Poor bloke, from what I saw, seemed to be a really good bloke, pitty it had to happen to him.
