Wheels for XR's

I started out with the 17's, but now have the 18's. I like the 18's better for the look. They can be a pain to clean and am a bit worried about the cost if I have to replace the rubber. Some aftermarket jobs look good, but for me factory it is.

As long as the base wheel size is 17" Im happy, not interested in bigger. Definitely not interested in 19". Have another 1 or 2 possible factory designs to choose from would be nice, maybe a polished 17" would be a nice option.

I like Simmons wheels the most and like the polished look. 5 spokes are best.

I like the 17s on the XRs and think they look nice and suit the car well. The 18s are great looking too but I would never consider them due to cost of rubber.

Looking forward to the fresh updated rims on the BA2. Keep up the good work.

I also reckon a 6 spoke flat look rim would look sweet! Also have you seen the ones off the clubsport R8? I love them ones, very similar to the ROH fury. Welcome!

My 'T' is due next month and I plan to immediatly replace the XR 17' with BA Luxury Sports 17'. IMO the polished alloy is a great look.

Ditto. Replacement tyres on 18's+ are too expensive. A greater range/choice would be nice to be able to diiferentiate my car from the 10,000 other XR's on the road. Love Simmons rims.

I love my factory 18".

Best looking factory wheel I can recall IMO.

I find them easy to clean.

I like the EF XR8 rims, but I don't reckon they'd suit the BA too well

The factory 18's look sensational... once again however tyres are pretty dear. The GT rims are also very nice... although I recall there being another set of rims for the GT - a polished looking one with around 6 or 7 spokes... they look really crap imo. I'm glad I haven't seen them often.

For future models, something fresh and new will be good - and simple. Offering an alternative choice of wheels from factory I believe is a pretty good idea.
