Well the car is ready but the bank isn't. Dumb bastards havn't finished processing my paper work. I mean really, I had everything sent to them 2 weeks ago in preparation and they said all that is needed is to have the legals signed.

So what happens to day? They call me and say they havn't processed my sh*t yet and that they will send out the forms when they have finished. So who knows when that will be?!?! Its not over when I get them, I have to send them back! So it could be be days, and judging by the number of days left in the week, its not looking good.

The Dealer is possed off, I am dissappointed and the car is just sitting there, looking pretty.

But........my car is finally ready! I pick her up at 4 pm today, even that's not soon enough!

Finance, damn, not sure who your doing it through, but Esanda can do it over the phone, I have a contact from Esanda who I have used a few times, he actually works out of a Hyundai delaership at Moorooka but can do loans for any car from any where. I had approval within 12 hours, ppwk the next day, waiting for the car to arrive. Interest rate was good 2.

She's arrived!! And what a beauty!!! I never new the paint had a blue pearl in it! It goes so hard, its quiet and sexy and just plain fast!!

Too bad I have to sleep now cause I have one night shift to go tonight. Looks like a long weekend!!! I will post some more pics tomorrow when I am awake!

4 days to transport the thing. Sweet. That means if it takes two weeks to build ehte car + 4 days to transport the thing and 48 hours to pre-deliver it + the number of days from signing the paper work and getting the SIDO....

... my car should be ready on 2+ 7 + 2 + 4 + 14 = 29days after I signed the paperwork.

That makes it Friday next week. My official delivery date is June 10, that's a full 7 days early as he said might happen. Can you tell that I am thinking about it too much!!!

Still going strong today, and I am pleased to announce the gear shift is slick as (confirmed by Goose), 2md to third is not so much of a hit and miss that some people are making it out to be.

The power is huge, the grip is huge, the chick magnet factor is bigger than all of them combined!!

She's starting to get dusty now, might just have to wash it I think! (Any excuse to go and be with it).

I've covered around 750kms now and the car feels great. I am detecting some slight clunking form the diff, but its only there when you drive it between hard and soft. The only fault I have found is the intermittent wipers are crazy and don't work.

Went for a second squirt over Mt Glorious today in the wet. I am very impressed at the amount of grip this car has. It took some very hard cornering and heavy right foot in 2nd gear to get the tail to slide and even then it was a breeze to control. The brakes are awesome, as of yet I havn't given them a huge stomping, but under moderate and short harder stabs they just wash the speed off no worries.
