Hmmm that's weird. Im with just car and they say "the FIBRE GLASS BONNET fitted to your car is excluded from cover". I got a fibreglass bonnet from awc, and from day one it has had a bow in it. It looks like the bonnet hasn't been put down properly and im getting sick of every second person pointing it out and the marshalls at WSID thinking its not down. Im not that stupid . Anywayz ill be looking to get a real XR8 bonnet soon, even though they are very expensive but at least ill know it wont have fitment issues. Plus I think im the car mentioned on the natio run at the start of the thread

ford number 1 - Their phase II kit includes - flash tune, turbo back exhaust, 660cc injectors and obviously dyno tune. I also had to upgrade my valve springs as "they were some of the worst they had ever seen". also new spark plugs n service all at once. It was my first time out there and didnt know what to expect. I thought it'd be like day to day traffic light grand prix with the light sequence, but they go so fast. Hopefully next time produces something better

Went out for my first run ever down the quarter at WSID on wednesday night. Got 7 runs in which made it an enjoyable night till my brothers jap blew a piston ring. First run ever down the quarter produced a 12.935 which I thought was great. My XR6T puts out 278.9rwkw and is a 4 speed auto. Unfortuatly, all other 6 runs put me in the low 13's. I thought I was gonna go faster details: 60ft - 2.316 660ft - 8.587 mph - 88.68 ET - 12.935 MPH - 113.60 K/mh - 182.83

Saw a full marked xr6t chaser do a u turn and go hunt down sum 4 banger yesterday in the bankstown area. Ive also been followed down george st by a grey xr (couldn't tell if it was XR6t or and he had orange side stripes. Seen him around a few times as well as the white NA XR6 mentioned earlier

Easter long weekend going through the natio I hit a roo which made a mess of my front bar. A week later, ANZAC long weekend, also in the natio, I cleaned up a deer which took out my drivers side headlight and bonnet corner. Since been replaced with BF GT-P front bar and XR8 bonnet from AWC. Looks great and confuses people cause cause ive got typhoon rims.
