Hi, The windscreen washers on my BAMKII sedan wont squirt anymore. The squirter motor still works (I can hear it) and the line from the fluid bottle to the squirters is clear. ( I removed it from where it attaches to the passenger side squirter and blew back into the bottle and got covered in washer fluid). I have cleared the nozzles with pins to make sure they aren't clogged. Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it? Ta. Sargo

No doubt, it is insurance but I am not so sure about cheap. $234 is great for the springs, is the $500 odd in labour that smacks me about the head.... (plus $450 for the injectors and a lazy $250 for a retune...) Guess I am just gonna have to keep saving my pennies....

Looking for advice from folk who have been there, done that. I have a BA MKII T56 which has Phoon CAI, K&N, 3.5" metalcat, wogcooler and an edit which is presently producing around 265RWKW. The tuner thought that the injectors and valve springs were holding it back. I am thinking of putting in some Siemens DEKA 60lb'ers and having a retune. I understand that the stock valve springs in a BA MKII should be okay??? Am I kidding myself. Help......

Maxxis are a good tyre for the price, certainly have good lateral grip, can't comment on wear characterisitics yet but they certainly stick wet or dry.

These are 18's, I like the look of them against the blaze T with the goldline rotors and red calipers...

About 15l per 100k around town and 11 to 12 on the freeway. You can double that though if you are in the right mood......

Paul from Elite Automotive spent some time with my car recently. I had a custom edit done towards the end of last year which felt great from the seat of the pants but would ping in P2 and P3, would run on down hills with no throttle and would idle all over the shop. Could not get under 16l/100k out of the thing even driving miss daisy. (Elite did not do this tune). The tuner was not in Brisbane so I thought I would bite the bullet and give Elite a go. Explained my mods to Paul and Tim and discussed what I wanted from the tune. Picked up the car in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the results (264kw) on my BA MKII 6 speed manual with a CAI, filter, centre mufflerectomy, metalcat and Monza cooler. What was even more surprising was the way the car drove. The power came on smoothly and hung around longer, the issues with the throttle running on were gone and it idles better than a stocker. I went for a run from Archerfield to Virginia and back and recorded 12.2l/100km and didn't spare the ponies. Very happy with Paul and Tim, need to go back now for valve springs and injectors. Well done, good to see someone who has the kahunas to take on this sort of bull$hit and see it through. Cops no doubt just try and bluff folk whenever they can and just rely on people not bothering to contest in the way that you did.... Kudos to you my friend..

Looking to buy and fit an aftermaket intercooler in the new year. The wogcooler looks the goods according to the many threads devoted to it. Has anyone fitted one of these themselves. I have a BA MKII manual and would like to know if the cooler comes with everything you need and what (if any) are the pitfalls when fitting one of these? Ta.

current clutch is slipping under boost in 4th and 5th so no biggie. Ta also to Adam, will speak to Mal Wood re his orgasmic alternative, Mal emailed me re his option 3 but it will take me months to get that kind of money together. So wish I'd got an auto.......
