Running rich at idle and poor fuel economy after mods and tune
1000cc, nowhere near maxed out. Unless your planning on e85, yours are probably too big. Someone with tuning experience will know for sure....

Running rich at idle and poor fuel economy after mods and tune
What's it like on the highway ? Mine has similar power, runs fine at idle etc. Gets 8.5 to 9l/100km at 115 on the highway.

Fan on external trans cooler
Zf specify a normal operating range of 80 to 130 degrees c. Higher than 130 will probably generate a code etc. Im looking at fitting an aftermarket one without fan, as it's not needed for normal road use, even in Kalgoorlie Summers. I'm more concerned with milkshaking the tranny than overheating it The stock cooler is fine, I have an fg Ute with over a million km on the original zf. This Ute has spent its life travelling to remote sites to pick up drill samples and was typically loaded between 750kg and 900kg, sometimes more I suspect. It still drives like new. Fluid changed every 60k with lsa multitrans.

Show us your PC and/or Gaming setup
My movie/music collection is on a qnap nas/external raid, which have well known security issues. I've never had a problem though. Apart from the security, probably most useful thing for home use is adguard. Gets rid of all the home screen crap on smart TV's, just leaving the menu. Also good for Tapatalk.... The sophos units are overkill though, all you need is a basic box with 2 network ports. If you're going to run suricata/adguard/multiple vpns etc and/or have gigabit nbn you'll be needing something better. I'd run sophos, but it's incredibly expensive. Fortinet is also good, but even more expensive. Don't buy a s/h fortinet box as they're locked down and not easily opened up, the hardware is excellent though. I bought the sophos xg as I want to run sfp vdsl modems which don't play well with the on board sfp ports on the sg series. They work, but sync is 20% less than it should be. They are ok in sfp+ ports on expansion modules, but they are hard to get and expensive. The xg has on board sfp and sfp+ ports, so hopefully will be all good.

Crank No Start
You could try unplugging sensors in engine bay and see if it will start. Abs/temp/power steering etc. One of them bay be shorted and upsetting 5v rail
-
Crank No Start
Boost sensor and vct solenoid error. I would suspect a faulty sensor on the bus(not necessarily one of these 2)or a wiring issue. I would plug in a good diagnostic computer and check live data and see if anything is out of spec.

Fg wheel sizes and abs
No, it's definitely tyre size difference

Fg wheel sizes and abs
Just put some factory 19" mags on the g6e. Fronts were rubbing so I put smaller tyres on the front. Now I'm getting abs errors as soon as I touch the brakes. Anyone know limits on size differences or can it be sorted with forscan etc?

Fuel pump BA falcon Ute
Check the inertia switch behind kick panel on passenger side , which can be reset. It's a big red button

Xr6t getting hot
Radiator blocked. Check if fins are full of crap. Probably cheaper to buy a new one if it's blocked internally.

Kalbarri, Hwy 1 or 20?
The worst section of the trip yesterday was the great Eastern highway between southern Cross and Coolgardie. Besides the permanent roadworks at gh00lie, I hit 2 huge waves in the bitumen, both almost pulled the wheel out of my hands. Brierty contractings cheap work again, I don't know how they passed inspection.... The roads from kalbarri to Wubin were pretty good, Wubin to southern Cross, good but a couple of single lane bitumen sections.

Kalbarri, Hwy 1 or 20?
Lol, Kal to Perth = Kalgoorlie to Perth. Perth to Kal = Perth to Kalbarri. I drove Kal to Kal today, just over 1000km via wubin/bullfinch. No problem, lots of roadworks though.

Kalbarri, Hwy 1 or 20?
Kalgoorlie to Perth is the sh*ttest highway in WA. Perth to Kalbarri was no problem, much smoother. Well the only problem was the caravannets sitting on 80...
