a good thrash around old bike would be a XR-250.. their indestructable!! careful with age just make sure the valves seal properly and shes got plenty of compression. the cr125 would be faster and more wild, a 2 stroke is like a turbo, stroke is like a big bore N/A I gots a 96 CR500 off its guts and havent yet ridden anything faster on the dirt ← rode the only atk 700 2t in aus, I raced cr500's for years and they are like a xr200 compared to the atk. If you want to ride track then the yz'z cr's kx's etc are perfect but for the bush, the xr 250-650 will kill it in every respect ( especially after a few hrs) dont forget any of the 2t's are purpose built race bikes xr's kdx, drz ttr etc will suit a dirtbike "spastic" much better and have the advantage of being regesterable.

try the 06 gas gas, in my opinion a much better bike than the ktm if your not a pro. Not as fast in a straight line but will leave the 525 for dead in anything with a corner or a hill.

I have in the past looked for apprentices but got responses from dickheads (and dickhead parents) and demi gods who think that hard work is below them. so I have f*ckall sympathy for people today. For too long we have had it too good in australia, its about time we start earning/paying our way, if I had my way the dole would be stopped tomorrow, everyone would get food stamps and vouchers,go to any low income area's local pub on any work day and see how many poor hard done by workers are there feeding the pokies. I have never been out of work but my attitude is that im here to work and do the best I possibly can, ive seen too many clock watchers over the years and THEY are the blame for these IR laws not employers. Every one likes to sh*t can the teachers because of the working hours and hollidays, if its so good go to uni part time and do teaching ffs. Every job that is done in the building industry is supposed to have an awa signed its just we call them contracts, so this aint new. I say to you, have you ever employed workers? because if you havent, you have no clue the ways we have been compleatly f*cked over in the past, and I will finish on this, my bussiness is only as good as my workers ,they are my best asset and I will do nothing to jeapodise that asset.

Any trade that he will be subcontract (read: your own boss and unlimited earning pontential). We have a massive skill shortage in the trades in australia. To boot, while hes doing an apprenticship, there is bulk cash lying around (eg, chippies, plumbers etc.) electricians seem to have the best hr rate and the least tools ( and only 3 colours to remember lol) chippies never will be out of work but bulk $ in tools and its hard work, same with plumbing ( and u play in sh*t). painters/plasterers etc, some love it but most find it really boring. Mines are good for quick cash but your lifestyle is crap. I earn 3 times what my solicitor brother in law earns.

Everything he does must have a paper trail. I dont and never will condone RIPPING employees off, or doing any thing illegal but im all for paying people what they are worth. If hes like you say and as a work force u guys make and exceed stupid budgets, then get together with the other guys and start on your own. Take all his workforce and all of his clients. For the record, they guys that do right by me are rewarded very well those that dont, dont make one week. I will never ask any one to do anything that im not prepared to do, that said I will dig holes if I have to but now my labourers do it for me. ( I have my degree in shovel with a masters in jackhammer) ps for $1200 take home they work about 58-62 hrs/week.

True, but it's the manner in which they were introduced which is cause for concern. There was no mention of IR reforms prior to the last election. It was always John Howard's intention of changing the IR laws, but he never had the support in the senate. Fair enough if JH went to the election stating that he would do away with almost all the safety nets that 'average' workers enjoy....in the national interest of course. ← You should be your own saftey net, if you are a good employee, you will be an asset to your boss not a liability as so many people are. Do you reall believe that the "bosses" are sacking the good/valuable people? I have woked on wages, salary and for my self. The most coin I make is working for my self. I look after my good staff but im compleatly ruthless to the timewasters out there. These laws now enable me to piss off the "timewasters" that previously were untouchable. I agree that the new laws have over compensated for the previous crap laws. I have had an employee who was charged with fraud (workcover rip off at my expense) and under previous law I couldn't sack him. I will pay any one that works for me the minium that they will accept to be content in thier job, why should I pay them more? This country will go down the plug if we dont buck up and start producing. I agree with previous comments that everybody should be on production based contracts. If you produce u get paid, if u dont then u starve. This will encourage people to strive to be better. Im sick of people saying "its all right for you, you earn 6 figures plus" get over yourself for a second, where the fark were you when I was working 80+ hrs/week to stay afloat. Yeah I would stack boxes if I had to, suck it up work is work. We have a bad case of " the world owes me" in austrailia, well guess what I owe u nothin, I will pay my way just like any ABLE body worker should. (sick and elderly is a different matter)

I have had a bolt off a truck go thu my front screen and smash the rear screen in a commode ute with only 36ks on the clock (loaner when mine was getting serviced) and a blown recap hit the front of my vl at 100 k's $8450 damage I/c, rad, gearbox x-member exhaust bent diff tailshaft and squashed the tank. I got the name of the trucking co, they paid for a renter and all the repairs.

make sure u fit a billet ballancer and the gears wont fail again. Andra also say a billet ballancer is required for any car faster than 12 sec.
