3rd gear is a slug . If I spin the wheels in 2nd and click into 3rd, it will keep skating Ryno, let me know the next time you're down here , wouldn't mind seeing a car doing 3rd gear skids . The power is still there because we are both doing low to mid 130's down the strip

how the hell do you lose traction at 140? 100 is pretty much the max for me . If I select 3rd gear in manual mode and mash foot to floor, it never spins

gtx3582r cars have serious traction problems , therefore the 76 would win I wouldn't mind going up against a gtx76 car but it would have to be a roll on from 100km/h+ because I still paint black lines on the motorway at a 100

go the gtx3576r , not the gtx3582r. The 82 felt alright in winter, but in this hot weather it's a little laggy . I realised recently that the gtx3582 is a drag only turbo, today a stock VF r8 smashed me until we reached stupid speeds when I finaly stopped wheelspinning and went past him, I miss the little fg turbo

Yeah, the other CMS car ran a 10.9 on 245 wide nitto nt05. Yesterdays weather was perfect, will be a while until its that cool again on a Wednesday

I did 11.0 on these tyres with same power level, not silly at all, just can't stall it up too much More street cred if I can crack a 10 on a proper street tyre

Buying 17"rims and radials are a bit pricey for me at the moment , going out on street tyres , I'm more interested in the MPH at this stage

yeah bud just running the gearbox in, taking it easy for first 1000km on stock zf file then Joe will put his own file in. Done 400km so far, getting there. At this rate I will be able to make it to WSID next wednesday
