Yeah sedan.. Yeah I've seen that weapon of his lol.. And when I was in there a few weeks ago I heard him start up his ute 2MUCHHP.. Hollly sh*t he's got some good toys haha
-
Cheers mark.. Itching to get this next lot of stuff done, I'd definitely admit I'm addicted to power haha looks like your ute is pumping out the exact numbers I'm chasing What's the drivability on the street like? Wheelspin etc...

At the momet just 12 psi and Simon from XFT was happy with it all when we did it, definitely getting him to do round two. Wouldn't trust anybody else with it from some of the stories I read on here.. Haha

Fellas, shortly gonna start round two of mods to my car. It's a BA xr6T . What I've got- -FG xr6turbo motor whilst retaining the my old 35/40 and intake manifold etc... -mal wood opt 3+ -T56 gearbox (as of next weekend) -4inch dump 3inch xforce exhaust Unsure about cat -actuator Tune+60lb deka injectors made 272rwkw at XFT What I'm on the border of purchasing- Process west surgey with 044 Process west stage 2.3 which includes stage 2 cooler, cold side piping hot side piping plus batt relocation and CAI Now the question is, I would love to crack 500rwhp what other mods would help support this ie turbo, plenum, valve springs..?? Also what's the likelihood of the engine coping with such power levels?? Cheers

Cracked Paint When Rolling Guards!
josh_hammy replied to Ryan G6ET's topic in Interior & Exterior Workshop
What's the difference whether u pay someone say $200 cash on a saturday to just repair n spray the damaged bit or pay him a little extra maybe $100 more and tell him do it properly by color matching and doing the whole quarter.. Do it once and properly bud!! That's my advice. Sorry to hear it cracked!! Always a gamble wen rolling guards.. -

Bud I'm keen on the F6 front bar!!!! How much? PM me -
Problem Solvered everybody..!!!! Big thanks to Luke for the help and use of his TIG. Ended up using 3 x 1/2" washers. Tacking them together to make the overall thickness match the old plastic piece. Then notching out a slot in the washers and welding in the pushrod of the Mc.... Works a treat and no doubt stronger then ever. Thanks for all the input fellas..saved me hundreds !!$$!!

Sweet cheers. I'll have to hunt a TiG welder... Or maybe take the whole thing to machinist willing to do a cashy $-) I thought TiG welders could only weld light metals like aluminium
-
I was contemplating this !! Seems a little dodgy but if I could do it right, would turn out better then original. And cheaper too! Any tips? I think I'll give it a crack!! Haha Steve my car hasn't moved from my driveway in like 3 weeks...

How much is a master cylinder bud? And whered you get yours from?
-
Yeah that would make sense, heavy duty clutch fitted bout 4 months ago. Thanks guys I'll start hunting a new master cylinder then.
-
Cheers guys, have you seen it happen before
-
So I've snapped a piece of plastic that connects the clutch pedal to the hydraulic arm that gets squeezed in when you push the clutch in... Car is BA 5spd manual This is the broken part This is where it should be- joining the pedal to the hydraulic chamber thingy.. Wondering if anybody has ever had this happen, if so how on earth do you fix it..? Any information greatly appreciated!
