Thanks Impellor, as for the cosmetics on the car I didn't want to spend too much money on it as I didn't really know what I wanted for the car or in what direction to take in enhancing it. I just wanted something a bit different. A mate of mine does powder coating, so at $40 a pop for the wheels I thought why not black wheels look clean all the time. The hockey stick decals on the Mustang have always appealed to me and was devoed when FPV stuck em on the new GT. But all credit for the way the car sounds and performs goes to the team at Realdyno Performance.

Ace can you put me on the softcock list please mate. Not too sure on whether I'll make it or not it kind of depends on how long my kids take to plat my back hair on Sunday morning.

I'm a novice(only been at the track 3times) at this so maybe before Winter is over I will get down the 1/4 with stickys on. Lee from Realdyno has told me that I can use their stickys as well so with bit of luck I can get a bit closer to a low 11. Yes your right again CBXRT....The GT isn't a genuine Mustang Each to their own of course.......... :popcorn:

So with the new tune I went down the 1/4 for my first time ever and got a 12.1@ 120mph with sh*tty ($150 a corner) street tyres. Looking at getting 11s next time I go down the track with better tyres.

Gday people have had some time on my hands so I put my car in the RealDyno workshop for a 8lb actuator and some head studs fitted and a tune. Stoked to drive away with 507RWHP. Thanks to Lee,Pete and Tim for making this car so very enjoyable to drive.

Yeah.....only use BP98 and nothing else....and a K&N air filter just my 2cents worth :popcorn:

What a great day for the Fords.....Had a blast on the track, I think myself and a mate of mine were the only two turbos on the track that day, don't think it sat to well with the GT loyalists' but who gives a sh!t. As for the set up of my car for the day a big THANK YOU goes to the team at RealDyno Performance again.

Did the EL GT get driven over Rancid or transported (truck or rail)? Huge effort either way.
