I spotted one in china town next to the 612 scaglietti behind the m power z4 and just down from the amg merc all being closely admired by the wrx, integra type r, the evo and the country boy(me)!damn chinatownians!too much damn moneys!

spotted one like NVYDF6 but it had a lip spoiler like the djr Bogan special bobtail oh when trying to find the spoiler I found something ugly as sin!!! - Spoilers Galore - a dark standard looking t with an f6 style cooler. a 6t (chick driving) NVYDF6's colour but it had gt6 on the side in whit stripes and the xr6 badge badge on the boot had a red 6. and a whole assortment of porsches, lambos and ferrari's, of which a red porsche turbo got a whoppin on the way out of melb!!! go the t! oh by the way fastr1red - go down china town off I think it was elizabeth street or just near it, and have a look at the croft institute... great graffiti artists! and last but not least the mantra gets my vote...except the shower rose doesnt like anyone taller than 5ft. but a short walk to everywhere and great security for the garage which is underground.I got flipped off a boost bar rodeo ride, saw a cool magician and got drunk with MRS TUR-BO6 at crown and blue train cafe.I put down a 10 on a roulette table and doubled up...then called it quits for the gambling!so ive tried it now, oh and the burnley tunnel sounds cool driving through. just had real good fun! thanks for the memories melb!

haha!im am invisible!spent the weekend in melbs friday through monday and didnt get sighted! I actually did some k's too! wodonga to the mantra on southbank was 328kms. the mantra to where I stayed in tarneit was 31kms. so it was a 697km trip but I logged up 962km so the trip down to the geelong queenscliffe ferry and the city driven seriously added to the trip. AND I WAS INVISIBLE!!! awesome!!! I thought my car would stand out like a sore thumb!

Who's up for showing the country folk how it's done? MRS TUR-BO6 and I will be down for the weekend this arvo, and we're pretty keen to see what goes on in the 'big smoke'. I'll check this again when we get in to the city this arvo, and we'll see if we can't get together with some of you. Hope we seeya!

that's closer than the orange xf wagon I saw the other day with a hsv badge on the right rear and a fpv on the left rear! what he was thinking I may never know! ...a brief delve in to his mind...(cue the transfer to dream music!) <--drug and so on and so forth!!!

cool cool, my oil supply pipe is being upgraded on the 2nd of next month anyway.

yeah happy as, glad I didnt try to suss out the piping to make brake ducts.this is more enjoyable too, I have seen a .1 decrease on the average fuel gauge too!I like that I have found function for that foggy hole, I have as previously mentioned the auto cooler in the other, so being that the washer bottle doesnt need cooling I have put it to use.

haha stupid damn cops, well I do have a bit of good news guys.the comments so far from friends locally have been about the cable ties (but I still cant think of something good to fasten the 2 together as glue will probly fail due to flex...) but that's only amongst the people I have pointed it out to. if you check the front of it out you can see that there is reo showing on the drivers side with the 2 hoses to the auto cooler( my main reason for no foggies and the afore mentioned police dramas up this way) and on the passenger side...nothing, it is just viewing the funnel, mainly I think because there is a white cable tie on the white paint area and black on the black area so it really isnt noticeable unless its stationary and the car have a big black cooler(what looks like a radiator unless you pick up on the psteer cooler not being in front of the rardiator) looks like a non turbo so no one takes a second look and I guess no one can be assed bendin down that low so I feel a success in the mix also I took it for a drive out to a "private road" and gave it a kick on the go pedal and it now starts to step out when flattening it at 80 kmph! impressed owner here. it used to do that at 50-60kmph.I think on a tuning side though it is only really giving a cold air supply so its not a power adder as such, its something that gives the opportunity for power when tuned.like a cooler, you dont gain power but a tuned car having a cooler fitted then retuned would "at a guess" make more power, but untill such time, probly just cause lag. it does however after much thought help my situation a bit as I fitted the hdi 580x210x100 cooler which doesnt alow for the factory o.t.r. c.a.I.t. but you can run an f6 one still, that refering back to my original goal has been, I think, a success. the f6 c.a.I.t. picks up neutral lingering air from the bumper area, now being that the air is being delivered to the headilight it is as if the f6 c.a.I.t. is plumbed up to the foglight.

???what is it though??? is that the pipe from the oil supply that goes over the exhaust manifold?

thanks bud and I do apologise, it was a bad day and I had just heard enough whining for one day so I came here for some comforting and I walked straight into what is seen here...

Dyno - as above. effort - next to none - if you dont enjoy makin something with your hands then dont! this isnt a place to argue guys if you dont like this then p**s off and stop bein a negative influence ruining peoples enjoyment of workin on their cars trying to make improvements and save money! as for pod under headlight - if you'd like to buy one for me no worries mate but how much are they worth? and how much intake noise do they make?with how much extra attention seeking? this cost 6 dollars for the funnel, and about 13 for the pipe and 2 cable ties. so its about how much cheaper then the ubp? this is for those that arent rolling in cash, so if your loaded good on ya!dont take it out on me, im 24 paying for a 250000 dollar house a 20000 dollar car and all the insurances etc to go with them. so basically if you dont find sitting out in the drive with the mrs pointing out a few bits on the car that she or even the kids whatever dont get to see any other day of the week enjoyable, then do what makes you happy, just dont come on here and go on about butchering cars etc... its not necessary, if you take note of the pics instead of just trouncing my idea you would see that if for instance sake this makes no power or makes a loss or who knows you may even convert it into a brake duct and then youve had your fun and just want to scrap the whole idea YOU CAN and there will be no visual evidence that any thing has been there before! now if youve finished your bullying, leave this topic and go talk to someone else!

Just thought we could get a few points of view on periodic maintenance for these toys. Also if anyone has the Service Schedule for them too. Maybe note in the top corner the vehicle you are referring to when you post a maintenance item for example so fpv differences or what not can be deciphered. We've seen thus far: 10k intervals to WD40 your wastegate solenoid. 50k " " change fuel filter. 5k oil and filter (if your pedantic on servicing.) 100k Coils. Please make adjustments or additions guys... Hope this makes maintenance easier for everyone... Enjoy!

mika, yeah for sure man, there are a handful of quick toys, but they dont just drive there has to be a purpose. how ever I am heading to melb on fri 4 sat 5 sun 6 of june. it pretty much is hell, these sulks have a serious issue with ya if you can afford more than what theyve got.probly why people up here just seem to disappear to the shadows and keep to themselves. its hard bein 24 and still wantin to go out for a drive on a sat night, they just want to go cause trouble so I go on my own cruises, mrs tur-bo6 is here for me at least. r spec it gets worse! they have the grilles the badges the hsv stickers the wheels everything and then they start em and you hear that BIG, MEATY, LUMPY 3.5l v6 bro! eewwww dear god give me the strength to suffer the fools that walk amongst us!

ok so put the fog lights back in so when its deemed hazrdous to not have your fog lights on and you have forgotten to switch them on you can recieve a $117 fine and 1 demerit point and when you forget to turn them off you can recieve your next $117 fine and 1 demerit point...hmmm... tempting, low beams are recommended in the fog not a requirement and fog lights if fitted are a requirement. check with your local p.d. if you dont believe me. that law is enforced here so F**K fog lights I.m.o. also to add to the above I have an auto cooler on the drivers side so that would look even more retarded, a fog light on the passenger side and none on the drivers side...and dont say just mount it in front of the cooler because that would just be a heat sink! come on guys...CONSTRUCTIVE criticism have an option that is actually viable.

haha. spotted...no one in my area... god I wish I lived in melb or something where people do more than put a pod filter on there 6 cyl Late model camira and cut half the exhaust off! if anyone ever tells you to put your money in to property, make sure you re assess the area, it may be boring as F**K!
