the inside diameter of the flex section compare to the std one is the same, the labour was expensive because it was difficult to get the right angle and weld but now they have made one I guess it will be easyier. Not sure on the standard items price.

take the turbo off send it to ETM to get the external waste-gate job do, had my done and its great. then put you turbo back in and drive it carefully to your nearest tuner. $900 odd for external waste-gate work from ETM $500 to 700 for retune or get more parts and then retune.

that's right,cant even see it with the exhaust manifold heat sheild on, fark the dose sound is loud with no BOV.

almost finish, exhaust shop has to plumb the screemer into the dump.

has anyone installed the external wastegate mod with the 45mm turbosmart wastegate yet, I have tried and the wastegate hit the engine mount and wont fit or am I missing a but. In the kit I got, 45mm wastegate screemer pipe rear housing with the new hole in it does the wastegate bolt directly onto the turbo or not. I have tried to ring etm and email but no responce. any help will be great. cheers

I have just bought some .8 gap spark plugs from repco for $ 22 each and installed my 10 psi tune, runs sweet as. cheers
