Hope you work it out I bought a Monsta cooler which is supposedly a copy of the monza/wog cooler but it came as cooler only no brackets, instructions nothing, what brackets etc do you think I'll need to have made up?? any pics, of the brackets that came with yours? cheers

Hi all Just bought a Linksys SPA 3000 ATA box cheap off ebay and hooked it up t my adsl, signed up with Faktortel account $7.95 / mth unsure if that includes calls but heres what I've setup - Calls to Local and national thru Faktortel at 10c unlimited as long as you can talk! Tested working fine. Calls to mobiles just signed up free with Pennytel FREE for mobiles @ 12.78c/min P.S my line is thru spin @ $27mth rental with 15gb ADSL2+ @$39.50 As for dial in numbers we now have our brisbane normal PSTN number and a Taree based number for the inlaws to call us at a local cal charge. And Pennytel (yet to be received) recon the DID number I get from them can be a Newcastle based number so my parents can also call at local call charge also. So to put it simply - For us - 10c calls anywhere in aus untimed. Plus mobiles @ 12.78c min. Line $27 adsl2+ 15gb $40 3 dial in phone numbers, our brissy number, a Taree number and a Newcastle number. And the missus doesn't have to learn anything she just dials the number and the box routes a mobile thur pennytel a local / national thru faktortel and a 1800 thru the normal pstn line. The only thing I've told her is if she cant get thru to prees #1 which lets her dial thru the normal line but only if nessesary. This is cool, still configuring it but any tips would be appreciated. and for those considering it well only made a couple of calls but I can't tell the difference in quality so far. So what do ya's think? Cheaper options? Have you tired voip then gone back? Whats your experiences with Faktortwl/pennytel??

Watched a Today Tonight or one of them ACA programs a while back, had a story a an importer who imports LCD and Plasmas using samsung parts seels em under the brand name Kogan sells em on ebay offers onsite warranty etc, just try searching Kogan theres a couple of 40" LCDs going for $1300 odd atm.

The only thing I could find in the manual relates to the CD player - "The ICC must not to be tilted beyond 90 degrees from upright. At no stage can the ICC be shocked or excessively vibrated. Such action may damage the Audio mechanism. Warranty will be void if these conditions are not met." "NOTE: The 6 CD Audio Mechanism for Mid and High Premium Sound Audio is very fragile. At no stage can the Audio Module cannot be shocked or excessively vibrated, especially when rotated beyond 90 degrees. If the Audio Module is shocked or excessively vibrated at any stage during removal" And a few other DO NOTS like don't touch pins of the connector at rear of the module.

Nope it will not start with out the ICC plugged in, I removed my ICC to paint the facia and had to drive up the road so I reinstalled the ICC without the facia etc and the car did then start but the air con came on full and no controls to turn it off but it got me where I need to go. P.S theres 4 plugs under the ICC make sure you remove them one by one from drivers side to passenger side and dont tilt the ICC once removed.

LoL yeah had a few careers but actually made supervisor within a short period at near all jobs just circumstances changed so I moved with em, wouldn't say master of none, more like none paid enough to stay, cept maybe Dell but hey I wasn't about to move to India when the feckers decided to move the call center.

Could work out nicely, have only done similar on bigger holes, works well p.s the way I smooth it is just use a tissue with some thinners but wait till the bog starts to go off then give it a quick wipe, when it's not soft and not hard kinda when it's like playdoo smooths it out nicley. But for some small stone chips I'd try filling it with the touch up paint let it set say 10min then touch on top of that with clear till its a bubble then let it harden then hit it with an orbital buffer and cutter then polish etc Same with fine scratches except just use a little clear to fill the scratch no need for colour unless it's deep then, cut the clear down level with the paint. If you can still see it too much then yup try the bog but basically you can wipe off the touchup paint etc and try again but you can't wipe off the bog once it's hardened and you cant sand it else you'd thenl need to spray and blend the area so not saying it's not a good idea, but you have to get it right straight up first time so I do suggest you test things out on an old bonnet etc first see how it comes out, with the tools and materials you have before tring it on your car.

Hijack This will fix it, it'll let you remove home pages, default search pages etc but tis not novice friendly. You can down load it here - Hijack THis Sugest you download it run it and take a screen capture of the results if your not sure of which line to delete.

Just planning on putting in new plugs and changing rocker cover over with a painted one this weekend was just wondering if I need to buy anything or if the cover has a reusable rubber gasket ect any other tips from others or is it pretty basic. Thenks

Hi mate, dunno if this would help in your situation but I have heard of people who after being pulled up for noise pollution and have to go to the testing facility to remove a defect sticker they have just go a bag of steel wool and tied a peice of wire around it then shoved it up the end of the exhaust, then once the test has been done use a long peice of hard wire with a hook and fish it out. dont know if it'd work ain't tried it my self but you would think it would create some back pressure might have to experiment with how much etc. P.S if you try it I take no responsibilty, some steel wool may even glow red, melt, cause a fire or cause other 02 sensor, AFR problems, who knows, but might just work too??? Obviously putting a cut out cat with no flanges etc and welding it back in would be a pain but other than putting it back or the steel wool yup you'll need an edit box and custom tune.

Mate I installed the old fairmont clock boost guage and fed the wires down to the right and just popped out the traction control button, wired it to that so it come on when I turn the head light on like the rest of the dash, no need to remove the ICC also soldered them instead of using the pissy crimps that come with gauges hench the eletrical tape, power goes to blue red and neg to blue white.

Yep did some research on light weight Odessey batteries, but seams many many returns unhappy chappies, seams they dont hold a chrage long 2-3 days then drain dead, and lots dieing after 12mth, so then found the yellow top Optimas seam to be the go, long life very well regarded, expect to pay $250-$290 at the cheapest, but if your straped for cash and in Brissy just pop down to Self Serve spares at Wacol for $30 bucks pick one out of a scraped car, got one last week workin fine. P.S the numbers 330, 440 ect usually refer to Cold Cranking AMps, a 4ltr Falcon 6cly would usually rate about 400CCa.

I've always run Boost98 from United but all fell to bits last weekend, loaded up a full tank and added a bottle of Nulon Pro strentgh for a mountain cruise, been runnin the same genriric tune for last couple of years no problems but added the octane booster for the run incase of detonatin etc cause I aint got a custom tune. Farkin sh*t seams to have killed something, maybe a plug unless it's coincidental and a coil has died, dam thing just sputters after 5psi boost normally went to 12psi, no fun running up a mountain with others behind with an engine that wont gooooo. Still held pace with 3x WRX just, and a few behind but had to pull off didnt like pushing it with it spluttering. Waiting to book her into Elite but weird it was running full boost to the servo and after putting in the Nulon a tiny bit of splutter but as soon as I hit the mountain farked, thought it'd come good but nope days later as soon as she hits 4-5 psi put put put no power.
