spot on, they probably new they would lose anyway. That means the rest with manuals who have vibrations and they cant be fixed push for a new f6 Auto. With the rims they said to him that they found 2 that were buckled and tryed to put the blame on him, which didn;t happen they replaced the rims and the vibrations where still there.

Car he returned to them was a Rapid Typhoon Manual with 19's, and got a black typhoon with 19's and Auto. They also replaced all his rims because they thought that was the problem also. Car had 400km when he bought it from FORD. Doesn't add up with me too. I just think he had enough and traded it for a new one. But why would he just swap a Mark 1 bF for a Mark 1 Bf again? he said he loves his manual but this auto one will have to do.

A friend of mine has just had his Manual Bf typhoon which has had 6 new gearbox's, 4 diff's in just 24,000km it just kept vibrating, repalced at no cost to him for a new Auto BF typhoon. Took him 6 months of fighting with head of FPV and FORD, and after service saying there is nothing else we can do we cant fix it, he finally got a new one. This is the first case I have heard of someone receieving a new car for their lemon. He was at the dealer twice a week. Lemon laws are in the process of passing parlament in australia.

yeah xrbloke that's the one, the FPV that is now standard fitmen to the fpv range is thick but has no FPV button logo in the bottom corner, But y have they done this? looks better with the logo.

New BFMKII has standard momo steering wheel but it has no little FPV symbol that used to be on the bottom left hand corner of the steering wheel. Now it looks like the one from FORD not FPV? Why have they done this??????

Apparently someone from the forum bought the smashed bionic f6 from fowles about 1 and half ago, and fixed the car and ran a 11.4 at calder a few weeks ago, with some mods. Anyone know this guy?

How long will the disc's last (brembos), factory ford brake pads have alot of brake dust from what I have seen.

I drove a BF xr6 turbo and took it in the hundreds to check break applied brakes shuddered like my Old BA xr6 turbo, this car had 15000 km on the clock. Go figure.

50,900,DEMO, drive away, new oak melb, Auto and 19's, 5000km on the clock. So 60K is way to much to part with when there are deals like this around.

YEah courtney and patterson have 4 f6 sitting there, Shockwave, bionic, lighting strike the rapid one and they all have leather 19's steering wheel. Panel fitment on bionic and shockwave is shocking, its like its been hit before and repaired. Xr6's had perfect fitment compared to the f6's. Also the demo at new oak had bad panel fitment also, it was rough on the road aswell.

Went to New oak to see a bf f6 bionic, 19's Auto 5000km 50900 drive away, that's just a straight walk in. Dealer principle was driving it. Also dealer principle demo GTP with sat nav 6 pot brembos the works no sunroof, 20000km (and its a DEMO?????????) $58000 drive away. ( Over priced, whats it really worth?) I thought demo could have a max of 6oookm if it is to be sold as a demo not 20,000?????

They are pretty quick for 190kw, very close with the Xr6 turbo, and it also has the better fuel economy. But $42k for a small car is it to much? might aswell get a WRX, Or a xr6T more for your money? How would depreication be on them?
