I Took GS Ute for a Strap and went well but its missing that V8 Grunt Sound. I was told the speare tyre is in the way of Twins but I can get muffler removed for a few $100. my point is its a new car and im not paying 65k then paying more me because ford is to cheap. took F6 Ute out for a spin and it was great it had Brembos leather and prem sound for 49,990 drive away that's 15k diffrance any issue is that F65 was auto and I have an auto and as good as the ZF is I want a manual.

Had this happen to me car ran fine and sounded like lose tappits it was 3 bent rods :(

mate I have the same issue and have learned to live with it. I have not had any loss in power though. I did have this issue the same time my cat died id recomend you get your cat checked.

I know what your saying the maroon is ugly. and you should be able to option it. Misses ended up getting a white one with tint. its very well built and they sound amazing for stock speakers they have tweeters in the door and pull good bass. see did not end up getting paint protection. I have herd people say its worth it and people say its a crock of sh*t?

We looked at the VW Polo and that was also very nice and had a good Finnish. the misses can not drive a turbo as on her P's so I did not get to drive the 1.2l turbo polo I think it would of been alot of fun.

Misses just got a New MY10 WS fiesta and I have to say its a great car to drive. I wanted to know is anyone else got a new car and what did you think. we had a look at a few different cars but in the end the Fiesta won out. im surprised at how well that car handles and it does not seam to torque steer at all. feels firm in the corners well and feels nimble and breaks have nice feel and pull up fast all in all its a great car only thing I dont like is left hand indicators and no auto lights.

I was using the gears and it helped alot. I was looking on the net for the about of oil and they advise 1l - 1.5l of brake oil. this sound right?

Hi im after a few ideas in why I lost brake pressure. I was driving down a mountain that I go about once every 3 months I was not going to fast down and as normal I started to get fade at the end. pressure fine at the bottom I turned on to the hiway and drove for about straight for 5 min but stopping at the lights I felt the pedal go soft to the floor. I slowly went home and was same all the way home. checked the brake fluid and it was fine. checked the brake booster line was connected. I know brakes get hot but I expected them to cool down alot on the way home. went to bed and woke up and brakes were good again. the questions I have is can you boil brake fluid and would this cause no pressure? does brake fluid ever go off or bad? what color should brake fluid it be? how meny km on car is recomended before a flush? I had my brakes checked a few months ago and was told there fine so im woundering if its just bad fluid. any info would be helpfull cheers.

well guys I said last week I got into a 08 Blue XR6T auto and it was crap clunking and suddering. as I said I called ford and aranged a test drive. man what a diffrance took Nirto manaul sedan out for a spin and it hauled ass. dealer was good and let me get into it. I had a ton of fun and looked into getting it but it was an 10 plate so even with a good deal it was getting exy. so took ego manual ute for a spin. and all it wanted to do was break traction. was great fun I even got to test out launch control and it just spun the tyres . not sure if I want the ute as its abit hard to see out of and the sedan sat lower imo. but bang for buck its great. im going to run some numbers and see if its aforable or if I should keep my BA and mod it. but very impressed.

I just came back from taking a secound hand blue one for a drive and I was very diserpointed. it was 08 plate Sedan with ZF 57000km on it and they wanted 37k was ex cop car. interior was scrached up ware icc is and above glovebox and when you went off throttle it had a massive shutter. I have have not been in meny ZF's but the ones I have dont do that. it had 44l/100km fule usage. not 4.4, 44. as REHAB just said I was also told a police Commissioner drove it? not sure whats going on there. it also did not pull as hard as I thoght it would. and breaks were poor. on the plus side ride was great lots of space and was a great ride. I was upset so I called ford and setup a manual and an auto sedan to dive one that's new that has not been f*cked.

Hey im looking for some addvice. I want to keep my stock ICC unit and run a woofer nothing big just 8'' or 10''. I have looked into running the RCA out the back of the ICC and I can understand the walktrough but I dont trust my soldering. I was told by my mate there is antoher way to connect a sub without running an RCA but im not shore if his info is correct. he showed me some small sub in a box with a small amp. he said you run the power to the amp from battry and then link the speaker wire into the amp on the box and it will use the signal from the speaker wire to work the sub. he sent me a link to a few on ebay ill post links. what id like to know if what he is correct? I realy dont want to get a head unit for alittle more bass I have 4 X 5x7 polk and they sould alot better just looking for some more kick. any help would be great cheers.
