Yeah, he was pretty silly, even his gf was telling him to slow down in the car and he wouldnt, but it could have been worse, least they are both ok, but the cars not...

when we were on the way to cotter, there was a red pulsar with a young guy and his gf in the car, dave and phoon overtook the car, but I was stuck behind until I could see an opening and the guy in the pulsar started to try and keep up with the xr6's (bad decision) then he lost it around a corner and smashed into the wall and ruined his car, so we all pulled over and helped and gave them a lift to cotter.

ok, so what is the exact plan guys for tomorrow, I think ampol has changed to caltex on the federal highway, can someone confirm that though? where we meeting at what time? food etc?

I bought a laptop with vista, and re-installed XP on it and just found all the drivers myself...its up to you

if that software is able to handle XP it should say so, otherwise you will just have problems, take everyone elses advice and dont use vista, nothing but troubles..

yeah, I think possibly boost cut or limp mode, if it has been tuned properly you should not be having any problems.

that's the thing, it only does it when I put the "PEDAL(not flowers)" down half way when driving, it just sounds normal when reving...

well I dont think I can hear it past half throttle cause the engine is too loud for the noise., I am not to sure where to look as I cant be looking at the engine when im moving, lol and it doesnt do it when im reving or anything.

nah, no ping, more just like a tick/flutter of someting, only when the petal is pushed half way, reving is fine and when I drive normally its fine, just when I put the petal half way down.

ok, its between a flutter and a tick, only happens when put accelerator half down, coming from the front end of the car, does not happen when I rev it or drive normally. only when petal is half way down.

if you had a ticking noise and wanted to know what it was and someone came back with a stupid answer of, "it could be a bomb" wouldnt you think that's stupid, well I do, maybe some help could be nice.

ok now I have another problem, as alot of you know there are 2 stages to the accelerator pedal half way and then full basically, when I put it to the half way stage, there is kind of like a ticking noise coming from the engine, but when I drive normally its not there and when I rev the engine its still not there, only when I put it to the halfway mark, I have not heard it when I have had it flat yet as the engine is probably too noisy to hear it... any ideas?

Just wanted to get some opinions, It might be a stupid question but its better to be sure, but do you think if I got a boost gauge it would void my warranty at all?
