mine went from 180rwkw to 238.9 then on same dyno much hotter day 188 to 215 but on this tune the car ran a lot harder with only 7psi

I had the same problem mate and couldnt work it out... in the end it was my capa box...got a new one and the car makes boost and holds it

lol I bought my xr6t second hand from a ford dealer and they tried to sell me paint protection AHAHAHAHA I found that pretty funny....

man gotta love the old hyp-10a used to love that thing... still looks the goods today..

iv owned 4 rotors to date... 2 10sec ones do I miss the power....YEEESSSS do I miss it sitting in the work shops all the time NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO but I would still get a nother if I didnt have the xr6t,gtir,wrx,and vk director lol...mind you they are all moded but still dont go as good as my rotors...

lol park your car at bel garage mate....lots of cars seem to go missing there...

he ment that a import from 1991 comes into the country with 200k on the clock and then gets wound back to 79k before sold lol....

I see lots of phoons every day,im on the road every day of the week for work.. I think there will be more phoons and t's on the road when the new model comes out as the price will drop... we were going to buy a bf phoon last year but glad I didnt coz towing the boat and other things would of scratched the sh*t out of it like I did with the t....im glad its only the rear bar but still.... I even had a deposit on a 300c srt8 and im glad I didnt spend 86K on that lol....grate looking car but didnt go like I thought a 6.2L would..

yeah I already got my new box and it worked... but have other problems now lol... this is 1 car I was not going to touch,bu couldnt help my self as always lol.. im already doing 2 others as well and have spend to much money hehe... I guess that's the fun of messin round with cars hey..

my flasher stoped working as well... id go to flash with either of the 3 tunes and it did nothing lol... had the box replaced... at the moment im not liking capa at all....

im having the same problem with my 03ba after the tune the car goes to stall at lights and has done a couple of times and after a drive ill turn the car on and if I go to start it after about 5min the car starts then stalls,I have to give it a rev for it to idle...

ok got my capa box back as it got sent back last week coz it stopped working we are thinking it was the problem.. I uploaded my custom tune back in and the car fells grate and makes boost again its going back on the dyno this week to check every thing over...so fingers crossed I dont run into problems again oh by the way capa sent me a brand new box..

my ba stocker is using around 19.4 around town and iv had it down to 9.8 on the free way..

mate of mine is an idiot lol... the day he bought the xr6t he took the induction pipe straight of the car and has been like that for 6 months with no air filter nothing lol... car runs fine and is standard other wise... who knows how long the turbo will last with sh*t being sucked into it.. oh and the car still runs on 4-5psi so im guessing running a pod straight of the turbo will be fine if ya just want noise and the car is stock...

no wasnt them... but got told that they are good at tuning these so was thinking about them to fix it... but if I shouldnt go there please let me know...

he is a capa dealer so he has every thing needed I ment he does a lot of other cars... well known and a good friend

I want to run about 9-10psi thing is though we flashed the car back to stock and did a nother power run and it made 189rwkw... im going to do more with the car but just wanted to see what it will do with a tune.... and on the road it didnt really feel like it was much quicker at all with 219rwkw then stock.

hey guys got a capa box on monday..... the place I got it from is new to the capa box,all though they are veary good at tunning,and have done many of my cars before... my car is a sep/03 auto,stock xr6t we ran the car up on the dyno before and made 180rwkw the car ran a 14.4 at 98mph a few weeks ago and have raced my mates also stock xr6t as well and both are exactly the same in power we first uploaded the generic capa 10psi tune... ran it on the dyno and the car pinged and made 186rwkw,and stayed on the stock 4psi so mucked around with it a bit and nothing would not boost... tuner got the sh*ts after a while and said he will do a custom tune...I said ok done it all and had to set the duty cycle on the car to 100% and still it only managed 8psi and dropped to 7...car made 219rwkw I ended taking the car home and it wasnt what I expected next day I filled the car up with same 98 as I do all the time... gave the car a hit out of the servo and it leaned out thought damn I got bad fuel any ways later that day driving the car around gave it a hit and the thing was over boosting so took it to a mates work shop and got him to change plugs and gap them to .8 and we cleaned the boost solynoid and it was over boosting more.. took it back to tuner and ran it up on dyno and the car was hitting 13psi by 3000rpm so he tried to turn the duty cycle down to capas setting again and it then only stayed on 4psi again.... so we disconnected the boost solynoid and put in a T just to see if it would control the boost... and nothing happend stayed at around 4-5psi ran the car with nothing connected and it only stayed on 4psi we did a whole heap of things with the car and its either stock boost or unlimited there is no in between... now is the actuator stuffed or valve springs but looking at the graph its not the springs as the car makes smooth power to red line and runs fine... and now we cant even get it to hold the original 7psi it had with the 219rwkw...

took my 03 auto ba t out on the 12/03 and ran a 14.4 at 98mph and track temp was 42deg getting tuned on monday and hoping to get a nother run this wednesday..

you may as well just take it of and make up a length of twin pipe to replace the muffler...

a big single will be good for top end and a bit laggy but you could do a nice twin setup with smaller turbos and have more responce down low but still have really good top end but you can make good with either setup..

does removing the center muffler make the car lean out at all? and fitting an exforce turbo back system,would it make the car go into limp mode without getting the car retuned..
