When I receive my tools for my trade allowance, (government gives me money that I have to spend on tools,$1000 this year, even though my work supplies me with my tools) the prices vary so much and you can save a bucket load when making a big purchase. I found that Coventries in Ossy Park gave me the best deal at the end of the day, and the majority of the gear was Sidchrome.

Process West stage 1 cooler works a treat and value for money. Good after sales service. Always best to talk to your tuner I feel, as they can point you in the direction of what they like to use and probably give you some good advice on what not to get. Have you decided on a tuner? Simon at Xtreme Ford Tuning does an A1 job as I'm sure alot of people here would vouch for.

You will probably also need to look at getting a bigger fuel pump also. That's pretty much what I started of with and ended up with 326RWKW's and ran a 11.8 down the strip. Don't forget to get some scuff plates as they also add some 15rwkw's.

Tom, about 5k will get you around that mark and you'll have a safe reliable car. But once you start modding your car, its hard to stop! Work out what you want first then do it all in one hit as it will save you a heap in the long run

Yeah good cruise last night. Once again good to see some old faces and some new. Spewing that I couldn't do the whole lot. Some quieter meet points would be good as I noticed a lack of skids were done, although I did see some lines painted on the way to them. Luke, definitely a good idea that you don't lead the cruise again! but cheers for the organising!

Got a quote today from two different Ford dealers and got two different prices for the same part. BF XR8 bonnet Nuford $1980 inc gst and Centre Ford $1600 inc gst. WTF? So has anyone used or heard of people buying the steel bonnets of eBay? They are about $650/700 + delivery but are sh*t loads cheaper. Would prefer a genuine one but..... Cheers
