@It is I I spoke to autotech this afternoon,  just waiting on spiro to call back . they seem to know their stuff and actually   took the time to hear and picture my vision for this classic piece of engineering.     

Lets see how things go  .  Alot of homework to do . 

 

I tried calling cms but no answer , will try them again tomorrow.

CMS will be cheaper then autotech 100% though...jus sayin

Any advise on sourcing  engine and box with ecu ,  loom  , fuse box etc  would be great . 

Im thinking to buy from the wreckers and do the head , pumps and valves at the same time .  

So  I seen cms and I was told may need firewall  cut back 1 inch and some tunnel massage.

Will have to  do more homework before deciding to chop firewall.

Hi Peeps ,  I havent left  am still here .  few things happend with health and family .  now iam back looking /researching .   this will happen eventually .

We do drive in drive out engine conversions with LS barra, few diesels and other wierd and wonderful stuff. I have an m177 on the floor im trying to work out if a standalone setup is possible. 

 

Been thinking about doing something with a w124 myself. Seema few LS swapped ones and there seems to be a lot of hassles with tunnel and steering, straight 6 would have to be more forgiving. Anyway Hartley 2790 location, look up LS Conversions on facebook if you want to chat about it.
