hey guys, I'm looking at making my ba xr6 turbo to make atleast 400-450kw, anybody that has done this would be able to help with listing parts, dont wanna be spending on stuff that I dont need

Being a BA, you'll need a lot of thing's...

Valve springs
Intercooler and piping
Intake manifold
Injectors
Fuel pump
Exhaust and dump pipe
Built BTR if auto
Probably rods and pistons as the ba rods are weak.

That's all I can think of, off the top of my head

Maybe easier to buy an LPG engine from somewhere?
