Hey guys just purchased a 03 ba xr6t it vibrates real bad in idel or stopped at light soon as I put aircon even more been told it’s bottom engine mounts ?? Any ideas

sounds like the engine mounts though. not sure what you mean by bottom engine mounts.

As far as I am aware, there are two engine mounts. They sit right at the bottom of the engine.

Is it running on 6 cylinders 

Change them both & only use genuine. Open the bonnet, put the car in drive & load it up against the brakes & watch how much the engine moves! try the same in reverse to check the other side. They are a consumable so don't think they will last forever

Could potentially be a few things, might be worth checking the inlet manifold gasket also. Causes horrible idle, but fine at other revs.
