I just purchased the fuel pump and bf fitting kit which was $235 posted, And I'll install it myself, at nearly half the price I couldn't really justify the complete drop in unit....I do have a surge tank though up front so it wouldn't really matter in my application

I have 400kw running a 350 intank from Herrods....... it IS at its limits though

As in the engine wants more petrol than the pump can provide at WOT if it were to be pushed further. Surge is only really an issue when there isn't a lot of fuel in the tank I'm currently running 400k
