Yes physically they'll fit but you'll need to make an MDF spacer to get the clearance distance between the rear of the speaker and the window. Not 100% sure if the stock ICC will have enough power to run them, others might have a better idea on this.

Just checked the specs, at 100wrms I doubt they'll run without an amp.

I am pretty sure that the wrms rating is how much power they can take, not what they require to work.

From memory there is a sensitivity rating that should tell you how loud they will be with a given amount of power.

I could be wrong, but I would expect them to work fine on the current head unit.

100WRMS just means that the speaker can disipate 100W RMS( as output from the amp which is the correct measurement of power. Not peak, or peak to peak) into an impedance of 8 Ohms without blowing up. The amp also needs the load not to blow up! Assuming that's what the impedance is. The distortion specification of the amp and speaker at that sound level is the critical issue. It's loud but sounds crap! The Amp output is just 100W into 8 Ohms but they both much be able to handle the voltage swing to reduce the distortion and then the speaker be able to handle it. Speakers have different impedances. Usually 4 Ohn or 8 Ohm. The efficiency of the speaker determins how much power from the amp it needs to create a given air pressure which is "volume" Higher impedance speakers are usually higher efficiency as their coils are denser and move easier as a result of power input. The ability of the speaker coil to move the speaker diaphram (distance) creates the "volume" So Higher impedance speakers generally more efficient but take more power to make them work. This is the pure mechanics and electronics of it all. But newer technolgies from these very smart companies like Bose really have mastered the art of audio efficiency and making big sound from smalll speakers. It's a bit of a black art really.

They will run but they will only have as much power as the ICC will put out. If you want better sound quality you need to buy a 400 watt 4 channel amp to run the speakers. As mentioned above you will need to fit MDF spacers to fit them, you can buy these quite cheap on eBay or car audio stores.

yes they will work. They will fit fine but you'll have to make a mount to space them from the door, I used 16mm MDF, cut two rings out and stuck them together. You might be able to get away with a single 16mm spacer but depends how deep the speakers is. Your speakers are 90dB so will have decent volume with the ICC.
