With the supporting hardware !I think I would be a little paranoid at 350kw! but then again if the tune came out with that much I think id be too tempted to just keep at that power lolYeah man the car was nuts, it ran 11.7 @ 122mph on BFG drag radials and rock hard coil overs with the previous owner and was listed in the back of mags in top 10 under 2400cc street cars for a few years. I bought it as is and was meant to be built with rods, pistons, cams but about 6 months after buying it I spun a big end bearing due to "hardcore" performance on moss st jacking it up by the sump and blocking the pickup, didnt get to the kingston road before it was knocking.Turns out it just had forged pistons in it so I was pretty impressed it lasted so long with 27psi put through it daily by me and the previous owner. Also had a microtech ltx10 or 12, t4 sized hks turbo & manifold, subzero inlet manifold/throttle body, big everything all the usual supporting mods but wasnt built real well so was a bit of a blessing. Still have all the gear now and had a real tough sr built up to replace it but life happened the car gold sold and its all sitting in glad wrap on some shelves still waiting to go into something else lol. Gave it all to my old man who wanted to put it into a 910 bluey but will have to wait now.Pretty sure for same colour respray 2-300 would be right. I can double check with my mate who im going to see this week to get my guards rolled, he was a panel beater for 15 years on the goldy but only got out of it few months ago... and dont worry you'll do more mods lol. These cars might be heavy but the torque they make is just off the planet compared to any nissan ive been in. Before I drove my mates 400whp manual I was thinking should go ok, 400whp but car weighs a lot but yeah I was wrong. My 180 would have beaten it for sure but how it felt in the car was a different story lol. That's a good time for what it had, even with the right setup I heard its hard to get them to get a good time down. I never tired with any of mine but I had a mate with a RB20DET one and he had some issues with traction how its just nothing then all on with the 2L. I was going to build mine up, even bought all the forged bits from the US as it was cheaper to do that at the time but then ended up putting the RB25DET in it.Its funny once I went to a RB25 I was like wow ill never go to a 2L, now have a 4L and now anything less seems meh lol.I haven't asked around yet but $2-300 seems around what I was expecting. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89239-my-2003-ford-ba-adventures/page/2/#findComment-1502457 Share on other sites

But should hold up. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89239-my-2003-ford-ba-adventures/page/2/#findComment-1507819 Share on other sites
luke187 Member 297 Member For: 11y 5m 6d Posted 23/10/14 09:38 PM Share Posted 23/10/14 09:38 PM Pumps are super cheap though, if you cant now I'd be putting it on the to buy list. Pretty sure you can get oem replacement pumps for $80... The pain in the arse is the hoses. It should be fine as you said, as all it will do is feed the surge tank. There not that expensive and when running a surge whatever pump you run on there will be outflowing the intank pump. If theres an instance where your giving a good hiding the last thing u want is the surge running out cause of a stock lift pump. Also if its never been changed itd be over 10 year old now so even for peace of mind id be replacing it. If I give it a good scrub it gets cleaner but its not easy.
