There is about 10 bux of GST in that. The shop I use charges by the hour for dyno runs. No major adjustment to the tune, you get charged normal labor rates ( as of last week $125 per hour). Change the tune and there is a higher charge and it is $170. However, that is for established clients. If they think they can, they will. Especially when you have not discussed price in the first place. I built my bridge.. (I'll still mention it regardless aha) and hes become more popular than ever from first timers and experienced lads alike, I'll leave it to your imagination!I dislike no tuner, my favourite currently though is smoked followed closely by tomato chilli Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89069-cost-of-retune/page/2/#findComment-1495762 Share on other sites
turbotrana Member 2,586 Member For: 22y 1m 22d Gender: Male Posted 28/08/14 06:07 AM Share Posted 28/08/14 06:07 AM He is the one who butchered the tune in the FG I bought and left it with a stall for the original owner. The original owner took it back a couple of times to get fixed but ended up getting rid of it because of the drivability problem. So I thought yeh, this shouldn't be too hard to solve. Probably took 30 hours of my time to work out the problem. I originally thought nothing to do with the tuner but turned out to be all related to what the tuner did.So if you are lucky you get ripped off and a tune that works. So if you are unlucky you get ripped and a tune that stalls. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/89069-cost-of-retune/page/2/#findComment-1495795 Share on other sites
