I have ssl's in the front and no shims and my camber is horrible.Didn't have a square to better represent the camber but you can see from the tyre wear its aggressive. Would really prefer an adjustable arm or the kmac solution but I guess shims it is...Yes my car is dirty...its blaaaak Edited 04/09/14 08:06 AM by barnz Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88906-sloppy-bush-and-other-front-end-weirdness/page/3/#findComment-1497145 Share on other sites

Seems easier to dial in exactly what you want than mixing and matching shim plates. Pretty sure F1 cars max out at -3.5 lol Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88906-sloppy-bush-and-other-front-end-weirdness/page/3/#findComment-1497180 Share on other sites

I seriously doubt you have maxed out the plates if they are after market units. More likely your running bulk castor. Hence the front plate will be maxed or close to it, but if you correct the castor (by moving front shims to the back) you'll pick up camber Post some pic's of the front and rear plates on both side Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88906-sloppy-bush-and-other-front-end-weirdness/page/3/#findComment-1497186 Share on other sites

See what you think.I've had the front bumper off and gone right over the frontend and it all looks good( no accident damage or repairs I can see)I really appreciate your input. The camber kit is whiteline kit if I remember correctly.
